Currently, Official Shop ships to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to include international destinations in the near future.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable. A restocking fee may apply to large furniture returns.
